From an early age, he worked alongside his grandfather, learning the craft of building homes from the ground up and developing a lasting respect for quality, workmanship, and integrity. After years in residential construction, Mike transitioned into the corporate sector, where he held executive leadership roles managing large-scale acquisition and commercial construction buildouts. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in process development, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership—skills often lacking in traditional residential construction. Driven by a passion for craftsmanship and a desire to elevate the custom home experience, Mike returned to his roots to form Odom Custom Homes. Today, he blends generational building knowledge with corporate-level planning and execution to bridge the gap between residential construction and professional project management. His structured approach brings clarity, accountability, and consistency to every phase of the build, resulting in smoother timelines, stronger communication, and uncompromising quality. Mike, his wife Courtney, and their children—Reese and Jack—reside in Edmond, Oklahoma, where they are actively involved in the community they proudly build in.
